LET THE RECORD REFLECT that the Association rules allow Tatum Ranch
Community Association to enter the backyard and remove the disputed items.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Association may enter the backyard to remove
the disputed items, so long as this can be done without a breach of the peace. All costs to be
borne by the Defendant, Kathleen Osborn.
For reasons stated on the record,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED continuing this matter to March 23, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. in
this Division.
