IT IS ORDERED that no action will be taken by this Division on the above referenced Application. The parties are advised that Commissioners handle all filings related to post-judgment garnishments. Post-judgment garnishment proceedings in this matter are to be heard by Commissioner John Doody. Accordingly, if the judgment creditor has not already done so, he/she is directed to hand-deliver or mail a garnishment packet, including a copy of the Application, a Garnishment Coversheet, and all applicable documents referenced in the Coversheet, to the assigned Commissioner. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no action will be taken on the Application by the assigned Commissioner until a garnishment packet is mailed or delivered to the Commissioner’s Division.
