damages of any kind occurring as a result of the taking of said

(entered) by the clerk November 19, 2001.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED approving and settling the formal
written stipulated Order granting Plaintiff leave to file the
original of the Amended Complaint; that Defendant Terramar
Homeowners' Association shall file a Stipulation for Judgment in
order to finalize this matter, signed by the Court November 16,
2001 and filed (entered) by the clerk November 19, 2001.
