The Court has received and reviewed Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor’s Motion for
Reconsideration of Denial of Order of Continuing Lien.
The Order of Continuing Lien signed by the Court on February 2, 2011 was done so
inadvertently. However, the Order was not submitted to the Clerk for filing as the garnishment
packet was rejected on February 2, 2011, and unfortunately the inadvertently signed Order was
left in the rejected packet. Plaintiff failed to timely resubmit the packet following its rejection.
The Court apologizes for any confusion this caused. The Order referenced by the Plaintiff is not
part of the Court record and to avoid any further confusion,
