RULING
The Court having considered the November 4, 2011 Joint Motion to Extend Deadline for
Conducting Arbitration Hearing and to Continue Hearing, and good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED granting the motion to extend the date to conduct the arbitration
hearing to and including February 29, 2012.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the parties shall submit their request to continue the
presently set hearing to the arbitrator who may, in his or her discretion, grant or deny that
request.
ALERT: Effective September 1, 2011, the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative
Order 2011-87 directs the Clerk's Office not to accept paper filings from attorneys in civil cases.
Civil cases must still be initiated on paper; however, subsequent documents must be eFiled
through AZTurboCourt unless an exception defined in the Administrative Order applies.
