The Court has considered the Applications for Release of Proceeds Pursuant to A.R.S. §
33-812(g) filed by Applicants Westwind Homeowners Association, Wigwam Creek North Phase
2B Homeowners Association, and American Savings Life Insurance Company. The Court has
further considered oral argument of counsel for the parties and Weaver v. Tri City Credit Bureau,
27 Ariz. App. 640, 557 P.2d 1072 (1976).
IT IS ORDERED directing the Maricopa County Treasurer to release funds in the
following amounts to the following parties, in the order set forth below:
1. $2,206.11 to Applicant Westwind Homeowners Association;
2. $5,208.97 to Applicant Wigwam Creek North Phase 2B Homeowners Association;
and
3. The balance remaining to be paid to Applicant American Savings Life Insurance
Company.
