3:14 p.m. This is the time set for Review Hearing in this case. Plaintiff is represented by
counsel, Scott Carpenter and Jason Miller. Jerry Ott is present for the Association. Defendant,
Kevin R. Stanford, is not present, nor is anyone present on his behalf.

The Court ordered Defendant to be in Court for today’s hearing and warned that a Civil
Arrest Warrant would be issued if Defendant failed to appear. Both the Court and Plaintiff’s
counsel provided notice of the Court’s order to the Defendant and the Court finds that the
Defendant has actual notice of the Court’s order.
IT IS ORDERED vacating the previous purge order. Further, in order to purge his
contempt,
IT IS ORDERED that Defendant must do both of the following: (1) prove to the Court
by written lease or some other persuasive evidence that he will comply with the Court’s
injunction and (2) comply with the Court’s injunction by vacating and not being present at the
residence at 10965 W. Coggins Drive, Sun City, Arizona unless he is in full compliance with the
Court’s injunction.
