This is an action for injunction brought by a home owner’s association for allegations that
the Defendants failed to comply with the CCNR’s relating to landscaping, shrubing, and trees.
The parties have come to an accord. A stipulation has not been submitted to the Court.
There is an issue relating to the attorney’s fees, accordingly, Defendant is granted 20 days within
which to respond to attorney’s fees requested by the Plaintiff. Upon submission to the Court of
either a stipulation and judgment or in the alternative an objection to the form of judgment
together with request for hearing. The Court may sign the judgment. In the alternative, if a
hearing is requested, the Court will determine the issue of attorney’s fees only.
Matter concludes.
