IT IS ORDERED awarding Applicant Villages at Spencer Place’s Application for
Attorney’s Fees and costs in the amount of $2,244.14, less the statutory processing fee.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting Claimant, Javier A. Parada Martinez the
remaining excess proceeds in the amount of $6,291.50, less the statutory processing fee.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED counsel shall submit a proposed form of Order consistent
with the Court’s ruling by January 23, 2015.
