IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all documents necessary to support the entry of a
default judgment must be either e-filed or filed in paper form.
Pursuant to the Maricopa County eFiling Guidelines, section 2.09, attorneys shall
electronically file all the documents required to request a default judgment, such as the Application
for Entry of Default, Motion for Entry of Default Judgment, Sum Certain Affidavit, Application
for Attorneys’ Fees when appropriate, and Statement of Costs.
Attorneys and Self-Represented Litigants must submit a default judgment packet required
by the Court, including the documents identified on the default judgment packet coversheet in
paper to the assigned commissioner’s division.
A commissioner will not act upon a Motion for Entry of Default Judgment until the
default judgment packet with all the required documents has been received by the division
in paper form.
If the paper packet is not received by the above-named Commissioner division by March
6, 2026, the matter will be dismissed without prejudice for lack of prosecution as to the defaulted
party.

Pending is Notice of Bankruptcy Filing and Request to Vacate Hearing filed April 11,
2026. Plaintiff gives notice that Defendant Ashley R. Sevilla has filed for bankruptcy protection
pursuant to Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
District of Arizona under Case No. 2:25-bk-12683-PS. Plaintiff asks that the Default Hearing
before Commissioner Addison Owen, set for April 15, 2026 at 1:3 p.m., be vacated.
Due to the bankruptcy filing and good cause appearing,
IT IS ORDERED placing this case on the Dismissal Calendar as to Defendant Doumas
with a dismissal date for October 24, 2026 (Dismissal Date).

not yet been resolved despite diligence in seeking such a resolution; or they obtained
severance of the claim(s) against the debtor from the claim(s) against the other parties to the action,
if any; or upon the demonstration of a reasonable basis for continuance of the case on the dismissal
calendar.
Any party may ask the Court to schedule an informal status conference before the
Dismissal Date, to inform the Court what action, if any, is undertaken in the Bankruptcy Court that
would permit this case to proceed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating the Default Hearing set April 15, 2026, at 1:30
before Commissioner Owen.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective June 1, 2026, this Division’s calendar will be assigned to the
Honorable Daniel Martin (telephone number: 602-375-2925), located in the Central Court
Building, 201 West Jefferson, Suite C, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. The previously issued Court
