Association has no interest in this matter.
A call was placed to Douglas Nelson’s office and the Court was informed this matter was
not scheduled on Mr. Nelson’s calendar. The Court also notes the minute entry setting this
hearing was sent to Ms. Vanderwalker’s address and was returned to the court as undeliverable.
IT IS ORDERED vacating the oral argument set this date.
