claim, the same claim that gives rise to this case.

THE COURT FINDS the doctrines of res judicata and collateral estoppel apply.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED granting Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss In Lieu of an
Answer.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing Plaintiffs’ case with prejudice.
