The Court has reviewed the Stipulation To Judgment and proposed Judgment submitted
by Plaintiff. The proposed Judgment requests that the Plaintiff be awarded $1,395.00 in
reasonable attorneys’ fees and $1,157.55 in costs. The attorneys’ fees and costs arise out of the
Plaintiff’s claim for $1,530.44 in unpaid assessments.

Before the Court will award the above attorneys’ fees and costs, Plaintiff must submit a
detailed affidavit giving the Court the basis for said requests. The affidavit shall be submitted
within thirty (30) days of the receipt of this ruling.
