Pursuant to Rule 41(a), ARCP, the dismissal is effective
without court order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating hearing set for May 3, 2002
at 1:30 p.m.
Parties and counsel are advised that Judge Mangum is
transferring from the Civil Department to the Juvenile Court
beginning July 1, 2002. Current plans are for Court
administration to close this division effective July and assign
this division’s cases to other civil judges. Court
Administration will notify the parties as soon as the
determination is made as to the new division that this case will
be assigned to.
