It appears that the amount claimed by Pinnacle Peak Shadows Home Owners Association
and that claimed by Wells Fargo, NA exceeds the amount on deposit with the Treasurer.
IT IS ORDERED granting the application of Pinnacle Peak Shadows Home Owners
Association.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting Wells Fargo, N.A. the balance of the funds left in
the account after deduction for the amounts to be paid to the Treasurer.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED settling and approving the form of order submitted by
Pinnacle Peak Shadows Home Owners Association, all in accordance with the formal written
Order Releasing Excess Trustee’s Sale Proceeds Pursuant to A.R.S. §33-812 signed by the Court
on March 30, 2010, and filed (entered) by the Clerk on April 7, 2010.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED settling and approving the form of order for the balance in
the Treasurer’s account less the Treasurer’s fee, or $64.514.81.
