The Court is in receipt of Sun Groves Homeowners Association and Citibank N.A.’s
Stipulated Order for Disbursement of Excess Funds. However, review of the court file fails to
reflect that Citibank has complied with A.R.S. § 33-812(G). No Affidavit of Mailing with
attached signed receipts or returned unopened envelopes with no forwarding address for each
person and each address listed in the Complaint has been filed.
Review of Sun Groves Affidavit in Support of Application for Disbursement of Excess
Funds filed March 3, 2015 also does not appear to be in Compliance with A.R.S. § 33-812(G).
There are no attached signed receipts or returned unopened envelopes for Jason G. Renzi or
Katherine R. Renzi at 4880 E. Colonial Dr., Chandler, AZ 85259 address. Sun Groves may file
an amended affidavit. In view of the foregoing,
IT IS ORDERED rejecting said Stipulated Order. Upon compliance with A.R.S. § 33-
812(G) by both parties, they may re-lodge a Stipulated Order.
