9:22 a.m. This is a time set for a telephonic/video Order to Show Cause Hearing
regarding the Garnishee IL Capo Pizzeria, Inc. to appear and answer. Plaintiff/Judgment
Creditor Barcelona Condominium Association is represented by counsel Garren Laymon who
appears telephonically for counsel Burton Cohen. James Rana, the Owner IL Capo Pizzeria Inc.
appears telephonically on his own behalf.

A record of the proceedings is made digitally in lieu of a court reporter.

Based on Counsel’s representation to the Court, the Court finds that the Garnishee has in
fact served an answer, although it has not been filed with the Court. However, Counsel is
requesting attorney’s fees related to these proceedings. The Court finds that the Garnishee failed
to comply with the obligations by law without good cause,

IT IS ORDERED granting Counsel’s request to submit an Application for reasonable
attorney’s fees and costs related to the garnishment proceedings. The Court will review the
Application and determine the appropriate attorney’s fees to be awarded against the garnishee.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED James Rana shall file any response /objection to the
Application for Attorney’s fees 15 business days of the date Application is filed.
