The Court clarifies with Defendant Ms. Travis that the amount of assessment maybe less
than $50,000, but part of the Complaint seeks lien foreclosure relief. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that this case is not subject to compulsory arbitration.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Parties shall meet and confer and submit a joint

for Entry of Default, Motion for Entry of Default Judgment, Sum Certain Affidavit, and
