MINUTE ENTRY
The Court has received Judgment Creditor’s Application for
Judgment Against Garnishee, and has reviewed the Garnishee’s
Answer, which reflects that third party, Paul R. Tanis and Paula
Strzyzewski may have an interest in the accounts subject to
garnishment. Pursuant to A.R.S. sec. 12-1595,
IT IS ORDERED joining Paul R. Tanis and Paula Strzyzewski
as a third party to this garnishment proceeding.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that unless Paul R. Tanis and Paula
Strzyzewski requests a hearing within 20 days of the date of

this Order, the Court will assume that he/she/they have no legal
interest in the money in question and the Court will, upon
application of the Judgment Creditor, order that the money be
transferred to the Judgment Creditor. A hearing can be
requested by completing a request for hearing form and mailing
one copy to this Court at 125 W. Washington, Suite 211, Phoenix,
AZ 85003, and one copy to counsel for the Judgment Creditor.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Garnishee shall not release any
of the non-exempt garnished funds until further order of the
Court.

Tanis and Paula Strzyzewski were joined as third parties to the
garnishment proceeding. Said parties did not file a notice for
hearing objecting to the third party joinder. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED granting formal written Judgment Against
Garnishee Defendant all in accordance with the formal written
Judgment signed by the Court on September 19, 2002 and filed
