meeting with the association; whether the association has waived or excused Mr. Clieves duty to
comply with the Associations play structure rules, or, if not, if the warrant for his arrest needs to
be issued.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Counsel Cohen shall submit his report to the Court and
his application for attorney’s fees no later than May 5, 2011.
