This court has received Plaintiff’s e-filed Application for Entry of Default against
Defendant Sandra S. Rosenblatt in the above captioned case pursuant to Rule 55, Arizona Rules
of Civil Procedure.
It is ordered referring the above named pleading to Commissioner Vatz for further action
regarding this document.
Pursuant to Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 2010-117, parties are notified that
Commissioner Divisions do not accept e-filed documents at this time. Accordingly, parties are
directed to hand-deliver copies of the necessary documents to the Commissioner’s Division. As
well, parties are ordered to provide the assigned commissioner a Default coversheet and packet
with necessary documents.
