This is a 15 minute proceeding with the Court. The Court will determine if more time is
needed. All parties, whether represented by attorneys or not, must be present. If there is a failure
to appear, the Court may make such orders as are just, including granting the relief requested by
the party who does appear.

Office not to accept paper filings from attorneys in civil cases. Civil cases must still be initiated
on paper; however, subsequent documents must be eFiled through AZTurboCourt unless an
exception defined in the Administrative Order applies.
