by ADR by minute entry upon the appointment of a Judge Pro Tempore and at that time
should contact the appointed Judge Pro Tempore to arrange the time and location for the
settlement conference.

The Judge Pro Tempore is requested to conduct a settlement conference not later than
April 30, 2004.
The parties will file a joint statement within three days of the settlement conference
informing the Court of the result and whether a trial date is necessary. If a trial is
necessary, counsel will include in the statement agreed upon suggested trial dates.
IT IS ORDERED continuing this matter on the Inactive Calendar for dismissal on May
15, 2004, without further notice unless prior to said date a proper Motion to Set and Certificate of
Readiness, a Judgment, a Stipulation to Dismiss, or a proper Motion to Continue is filed.
